S2 E3: Gilli talks with Deb Dutta from Criya on her rise from dream-filled Immigrant to successful Silicon Valley VC Funded Female Startup EntreprenHER

Welcome to theCrea8ve EntreprenHER Podcast - interviewing leading female, creative entrepreneurs who share their insights, tactics, & strategies that made them successful passion leaders.

Hi, Gilli here at theCrea8ve. Welcome to another episode of theCrea8ve EntreprenHER Podcast.

TheCrea8ve EntreprenHER Podcast interviews Guest Speakers who share topics are around creativity, entrepreneurship, or a little bit of both. I'm also focusing on women in business lately, and that tends to touch on some really juicy discussions of strength, empowerment, life stories and taking the path least traveled. Which brings me to today’s episode.

I’m excited to welcome Deb Dutta of Criya, as my special guest.

Listen to the podcast above (www.thecrea8ve.com/podcast) and on Spotify, Apple Music, and other good places

Deb Dutta, is my special guest

and is the Founder & CEO of Criya, a tech startup backed by Y Combinator and top tier VCs, and a platform I’m also a member or as a coach.

Deb is passionate about empowering a vibrant community of senior professionals to launch their personal brands and share their valuable coaching and expertise through Criya, and has assembled an exceptional team of product, technology & business leaders from renowned companies like Meta, Amazon, Oracle, and PayPal.

Her work has been recognized and featured on prestigious platforms such as Forbes, TechCrunch, New York Times, and Y Combinator.

Additionally, she actively contributes to Forbes and lead the Women in Product chapter, where she mentors aspiring professionals through their Product careers.

I really resonated with Deb’s journey which you’ll hear more about in the podcast. It’s almost like we had a similar path, but completely different. For me coming from Australia to the US 25 years ago, I felt a kindred spirit in Deb also a first generation immigrant to America. She became a social influencer before Criya, and I was a music artist, and now both leaders in Technology. So her story touched me very much.

Deb has really built her own path as a product and technology leader, and becoming a truly successful, kickass female Entrepreneur - EntreprenHER - as a founder of a new incredible Silicon Valley Startup, which is no easy matter, finding the support of VC funding and building a platform of excellence that customers like myself (coaches and tech leaders alike) expect. You just have to listen in on this one, because she is truly inspiring!

And…

Also we’ll listen to one of my songs, which she picked. I do this every episode: each guest has to pick a gilli moon original, haha. So check out my song - The Light - that she picked and I’ll play the song, right here, on today’s podcast (if you’re watching the Video version of the podcast you can see the debut of the music video too).

xo,

Gilli
