What started as a mere #sidehustle eventually blossomed into my beloved #PassionProject, now cherished by a remarkable community of 31,330 subscribers! The growth of our readers and viewership since April of this year, 2023, has been astonishing, surpassing any expectations I held.

Crafting #MotivationalMinute videos, penning thought-provoking posts and articles, interviewing EntreprenHers in our podcast, curating enriching content, conducting invigorating career bootcamps, and facilitating empowering networking workshops have been nothing short of a delightful experience. I am profoundly grateful to each one of you for being an integral part of this incredible journey. All here at www.theCrea8ve.com

Amidst the triumphs, there have also been moments of adversity. Navigating career transitions posed challenges, yet the most profound loss was bidding farewell to my mother—too young and too swift. This heartbreaking experience shook me to my core and I haven’t stopped writing since. I write a blog every week or more as part of my own healing and I hope you get a kick out of my writing too. I guess 31K readers says something!! Leaning on my creative endeavors and content creation became a beacon of light, allowing me to inspire others and assist them on their individual paths. Guiding coaching clients toward securing remarkable job opportunities, as well as I have been aiding Tech and Media Startups in refining their exciting product roadmaps, revolutionizing planning processes for the largest FinTech, infusing passion into projects at Google, and expanding theCrea8ve by 80 posts and over 100 social media engagements—each accomplishment became a testament to the resilience fostered through adversity.

Where there is dark there is light

Pain there is joy

Adversity there is abundance

The art of inspiring others, nurturing their growth, has become my unwavering aspiration. Witnessing others flourish fuels my passion; it is the cornerstone of any job I do as a corporate leader and it is theCrea8ve’s mission—to cultivate passion leaders.
