Getting fit with your mind: 3 Things a day. That’s it.
Achieve Badass Morning Productivity And the World is your Oyster
Hi all of you beautiful people. I am just stretching out on my rug this morning, ready to dive into a fierce CrossFit session. Can you believe that? But before I get my sweat on, I had a moment of clarity I wanted to share with you.
Are you getting fit in your mind? No, really, are you doing the things you need to be doing to ensure you’re focused, following your dreams, and actively chasing what you want? It’s all about stirring that passion and energy within you. One of the most transformative practices I’ve adopted is morning pages.
Every morning, I sit with my journal and let the words flow—a stream of consciousness that clears the mental clutter and sets my intentions for the day. This simple act of writing brings incredible clarity. After I pour out my thoughts, I identify my top priorities. What will make today a success? What’s the one, two, or three things that will move me closer to my goals?
Then, I hit the gym. A good workout primes my body and mind, flooding me with endorphins and energizing me for the tasks ahead. Once I’ve exercised, I dive into my work with laser focus. My rule? Finish three things each day. No more, no less. This keeps overwhelm at bay and ensures I’m making meaningful progress.
Imagine this: each day, you wake up with a fresh slate, a clear mind, and a plan to tackle three significant tasks. It’s not about doing everything but about doing the right things. This approach keeps you motivated and productive without burning out.
So, let’s get fit in our minds and our bodies. Let’s write our morning pages, define our priorities, and tackle our days with intention and vigor. Here’s to making the most out of today, one purposeful step at a time.
Now, I’m off to conquer my CrossFit workout. Have a fantastic day, and remember, you’ve got this!
