Do the Work
If you are in an ‘in the meantime’ situation, use this period, whether you are working in a bridge role or actively searching, to build your personal dream board. I’m not talking about pinning up pictures on the wall (though that’s fun too). I’m talking about taking time to visualize what you really, truly want out of your life, career.
The market will eventually stabilize, but the person who emerges victorious will be the one who refused to settle. Stay focused on your True North Star, use the “in-between” as a powerful launchpad, and never compromise the creative leader and entrepreneur you are meant to be.
Don’t settle. Your future self is waiting for you to make the bold choice.
