Disrupt, disrupt, disrupt. Don’t just take the status quo. Disrupt. Where are you making a difference. How are you gonna make a difference? What problem are you solving? What’s the opportunity?
Disruption. You’ve heard the word a thousand times in Tech and startup world. But what does it really mean? Instead of seeing the problem, urge executives to see the opportunity: a ground just waiting for disruption. Disruption is a word used to see the opportunity that solves the gap between ‘then’ and ‘next’. It’s a mindset that challenges the status quo and can be a forcing function to scale a business for success.

So- Make a difference! Disrupt. Do you just find yourself just going along and the status quo, whatever someone tells you what to do, you just toe the line? Or do you disrupt? How do you push the envelope? How do you make a change that actually is good for the team, for the company, for your life?
Disrupt. Don’t just go along with whatever. You’ve got to think about it. Is it actually worth going along with it, or should you actually disrupt? Most entrepreneurs that do really well push the envelope. They go outside of the box. They think of the next big thing before anyone else has done it. They disrupt the industry. What are you doing that will disrupt the industry? What makes it unique? What makes you unique?
