Hi, I’m Gilli Moon Aliotti.

I’m an Aussie, born in Sydney and based in Los Angeles for nearly 25 years. I began my career as a creative artist and songwriter, a world where identity, expression, and resilience are forged early. Creativity didn’t just shape me. It saved me. And it still fuels everything I do today, even at the highest levels of business and leadership.

Over the years, my path expanded from artist to entrepreneur, founder, author, and strategic business leader. I’ve spent more than 15 years in senior leadership roles across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups including CBS, Paramount, Google, PayPal, and Yahoo. Along the way, I earned an Executive MBA and certifications as a Master Business Executive Coach and Life Coach, while continuing to build communities, create, speak, and raise my twin 12-year-olds, my most important role of all.

Across every chapter, one thread has remained constant:
I am here to empower people to rise.

The role of the ‘coach’ takes you where you are to where you want to be.

For more than two decades, I’ve been a catalyst for growth across technology, media, entertainment, and the creative industries. I’ve developed leaders, scaled teams, designed cultures, and helped organizations and individuals navigate meaningful transformation. I also spent over a decade cultivating and launching rising talent in the music industry, long before the “creator economy” had a name.

This blend of tech, media, entertainment, and entrepreneurship gives me a rare, holistic perspective and a deeply practical toolkit. I help people get clear on who they are, what they want, and how to move forward with confidence, precision, and purpose, whether that’s in their career, leadership, business, or personal brand.

My coaching is grounded in lived experience. I know what it means to pivot, to claim your zone of genius, and to build success that actually feels aligned. Over time, I came to understand that thriving as a human and a leader requires two essential forces:

Passion + Grit
The spark and the stamina.
The fuel and the fire.

That’s what I help you build. Not quick fixes. Not performative success. But clarity, resilience, and momentum that lasts.
